Since 1977 I always bought my appliances from Sears and purchased a maintenance agreement. That was money well spent. But Sears now is gone bankrupt. Finding competent and good service facilities for appliances, as I found out over the last few months was a very difficult, if not impossible task. I submitted a request on this web page on a Saturday to have my 13 y/o LG dryer repaired, as it was making a very loud grinding noise while running. They responded quickly that day via text and I assumed I would hear from them during the work-week. I received a phone call on Sunday stating that they were on their way.

I had Simon fix my dryer which is at least 15 years old. He was very professional. He arrived when scheduled and called to let me know he was on his way. He even had the parts with him that were required to fix the dryer.

I woke up to a puddle of water in front of my refrigerator. Food was cold and frozen foods were fine. Figured it had something to do with the ice maker. Called the company at 8:30 am and received a call back 10:30 I explained the problem and they gave me a time of 12-2 pm to come by. The person on the phone and repairman that responded were extremely polite and professional. They fixed the fridge within an hour and had the part on the truck. I am VERY pleased. I must mention that they are 7 days a week 24 hours a day. The repairman name was Simon and my husband got a business card as we would not hesitate to call him again.

We were referred to this company by a work colleague, and when we called Friday afternoon they were able to arrange a visit the very same day - even came to the house later that evening to help fix our LG washing machine.
